Bookings:

After booking online, you will receive an email confirming your payment and appointment details. All initial and follow-up appointments are conducted via Zoom, while acute appointments can take place either on Zoom or over the phone

Payment Policy and Additional Costs:

All appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking, either by card or bank transfer. Appointments cannot be confirmed without full payment. If you're unable to pay at the time of booking, please contact me to discuss alternative options.

Please note that any additional advice requested between appointments (relating to new or unrelated health issues) will incur an extra charge. Detox remedies can only be purchased following a consultation and must be specifically prescribed. No remedies, including detox remedies, will be sent until full payment has been received.
